Today begins week two.
It's hard to believe I am only one week into this plan and I'm already feeling better. My mind is clearer. When I eat I never feel like "whew, I'm so full I'm going to explode". I don't have the urge to eat as much and when I do I eat something yummy.
I've learned to plan ahead and I'm a good hunter at the store trying to find one new thing at every store I go to. So far I've found a salsa, guacamole, and philly steak I can eat. I make my own version of the mexican, american, and itailain foods I've always enjoyed.
Today when I heated up my breakfast I even had co-workers saying "Mmmm that smells good, what is it?!?" :)
I've been so creative with week one, I hope it continues.
