I think it's Working.

It must be working. Bowel movements are impressive, to say the least. My mom and I were giggling about this on the phone last night on my way home from work.

On the down side, last night I wasn't able to sleep through the night and I am very tired and low energy today. I don't have an appetite for anything, my head hurts, and I'm nauseous.

:(

I'm hoping tomorrow will be better. I'm ready to crawl back into bed.

UPDATE:

It's only been an hour or two at most. I gussled down some water, my headache went away and I am feeling much better!

I read this on the website that I found interesting in their FAQ section:

I’m experiencing some lethargy, headaches. Is this part of the Plan’s effect?

This is sometimes also called "die-off" in reference to any detoxification process that pushes out toxins. If your body is already toxic, the body gets overloaded and you may experience symptoms such as lethargy, headaches, etc. People detoxify at different rates, so symptoms, if any, vary greatly.

Two essential elements limit or eradicate this:

Water intake Recommended: 1 quart of purified water per 50 lbs. of body weight per day (e.g., 3 quarts of water per day if you weigh 150 lbs).

Sweating This is one of the four essential elements of the plan. Avoiding it will significantly undermine your experience and increase your likelihood of experiencing unnecessary, uncomfortable die-off symptoms.

Final Update of the Day:

My first meal for dinner was a bust, I burnt most of it and it just wasn't any good. I was trying an eggplant concoction. I had used eggplant once before. I did not remember it having a bunch of tiny little seeds.

Then I switched to just making a veggie scrambled egg with potatoes and I put some salsa on everything. I found a salsa at the store that was all natural and I could actually eat it. It was a rare find because most had vinegar listed in the ingredients and I cannot have that until the Friday after my birthday!

It was kind of expensive, but very worth it. My second attempt at dinner was all VERY GOOD.

Also, frozen Strawberries as a late night snack, also sooooooo good!!!
