Now that the plan is over I actually have the energy and have learned to make time to take care of myself! I want to get more tone and feel even more fit. I'm starting to workout twice a week before work in addition to my Saturday morning kickboxing class that I will start up again this Saturday.
So today, I set my alarm for 6:30 and peeled myself out of bed to do Kathy Smith's TimeSaver Cardio workout. It's a DVD with two twenty minute workouts as well as a cool down stretch. I feel good that I did it and will hopefully do it again on Thursday.
I also want to get an excercise ball and do things on that while I watch TV at night although everything will be going into reruns very soon and I won't have much that I will really want to watch besides baseball!
That will give me more time to cook healthy meals, excersice, continue to sweat, study for my class and get things done for the wedding!
