Someone brought in and passed out 1 huge Danny Gokey cookie to everyone in the department. Although it's a nice gester, I feel bad to say. Thank you, but I don't eat that stuff. So I just kept it and tucked it away in a closet in my cube. I wonder how long it can last for. I just indulged in some cupcakes over the weekend. I don't want to get into the habit like I had before where I "NEEDED" at least one sweet thing every day because I already know that I proved to myself that I can go several weeks without.
Then I came across this article. Makes you think, now if I can only remember to think before I eat. Usually I'm good, but sometimes it's not until after I ask myself, why did I go for seconds? Out of habit? Cause I don't think I was even hungry for more!
