Inspiration

I've passed along my book to some people and told many about the plan. I think my Aunt and Cousin are going to start their journey this month. I'm excited for them both and for the transformations they will go through. I hope they both follow through with it. It seems like a daunting tasks, but once you get going and see the progress, the benefits far outweigh the sacrifice!
