Chugging Along

Friday I will be able to add back grains. This isn't that exciting. About the only thing that means for me is different types of rice. I'm not big on bran and wheat germ. I guess I could add things like flaxseed to my smoothies. But this does mean I'm getting closer to the finish! I couldn't be anymore excited. I've seen my mindset and body transform over these last 10 weeks. This plan is amazing!
