Friday starts week 9. I'm all ready to start adding foods back. Popcorn, vinegar, nuts, beans, etc. I realize I'm not updating this as much as before. I think it's because everything is becoming more routine for me. My birthday was hard. It would have been nice to drink, but then again I didn't wake up with a hangover! I loved that my wedding dress fit comfortable as well! I did "cheat" a bit and had a taste of ice cream and pudding over the weekend. It was good and I enjoyed it. I emailed another question since I noticed I was dizzy. They told me to eat more! I think that will be easier when I can make a trail mix to snack on throughout the day. I started yoga yesterday. Next week I am going to sweat in the sauna afterwords. I look forward to that each week. Everything I learned in college during my yoga class is coming back to me. I also realize I haven't used certain muscles (perhaps since then!)
