So I ordered everything and it came in early so I am starting today! It seemed silly to wait. This morning I woke up and took my first set of detox pills which included:
5 capsules of candida force
4 capsules of detox essentials
To describe the candida force think of small yellow jelly beans. They go down easy and don't have much flavor even though they contain fish oils.
The detox essentials right away reminded me of rabbit food. I had a rabbit growing up as a pet for 10 years and at that moment I felt sorry for the little guy having to eat oats all his life! This stuff tasted and smelled like rabbit food and I did gag on one pill and ended up almost spitting another out from a reflex.
I suspect by the end of all of this I will be a pro at pill taking....I haven't figured out if that is good or bad yet, but I'm going to go with good since this detox will transform my health to the good!
Last night in preparation for today I separated everything in the fridge and cabinets of the foods I can and cannot eat. There were three items left in the cabinet:
Tuna fish
Brown Rice
Tea
I think I need to go shopping!!
As my last, what I will call, "dead mans meal" I had my favorites:
Home made french fries w/ ketchup
Chicken Tenders
Beer
And for dessert..... Culvers ice cream
It will be interesting what I will be eating today and what my favorites will become over the next 16 weeks.
Right now as I sit here I'm sipping on warm lemon water, thinking about what I can make for breakfast and when I will fit in my 30 minutes of sweating today.
So far so good. I'm feeling excited to start!

You'll do great Miss! I think it all has to do with the mind set. Once you get all this out of your body, that stuff we enjoy so much, beer and cheese and cereal, and chocolate, won't even taste the same as we once thought.
I know you will succeed in this program. Keep me informed in your new favs. I'm already getting tired of nuts!

Congrats hun! I know that this bothers you at times, and I'm glad to see you do something about it. You look beautiful no matter what hun and hopefully my support will help carry you through this.
